Cash or Check
If you prefer to pay by cash or check, payment in full is due one week prior to surgery. We accept personal and certified checks, but do not accept business checks.

Insurance Coverage
Most insurance companies do not cover refractive surgery. If your insurance provider does offer a benefit, our staff will be happy to assist you in filing your claim.
