Dr. Harris is originally from Southeast Missouri where he graduated from Senath-Hornersville High School . He has a Bachelors of Science degree from Arkansas State University and a Doctorate from Southern College of Optometry.

Dr. Harris has practiced Family Eye Care with a special emphasis on contact lenses for more than 22 years in Paragould , Arkansas . He is a member of both the American and Arkansas Optometric Associations and is board certified in ocular diagnosis and therapeutics
