Dr. Sam Erwin is a native of Star City , Arkansas . He is graduate of Arkansas State University and Southern College of Optometry. He and his wife reside in Corning where Dr. Erwin started Erwin Eye Clinic in 1981.

Dr. Erwin is a member of the American Optometric association and the Arkansas Optometric Association. He is board certified by the Arkansas State Board of Optometry as an optometric physician for diagnostic and therapeutic eye care.
